Meet The Founder

My name is Tam, and my journey is rooted in a lifelong passion for children, families, and community. I am proud to hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and serve as a Certified Business Coach, but the foundation of my work was laid long before the titles and credentials.

I began my career as a first-grade teacher, where I quickly realized that nurturing young minds was more than a profession. It was my purpose. Teaching revealed the profound impact that structure, encouragement, and quality education can have on a child’s future, and it inspired me to dream bigger.

With that vision in my heart, I opened my first in-home daycare. What started as a small program with only a few children quickly grew as families recognized the care, dedication, and structure I poured into every detail. Through late nights, bold ideas, and unwavering faith, that small in-home daycare transformed into a thriving childcare center that continues to serve families with both excellence and love.

Over time, I built more than a business. I built a community. A place where children feel safe, inspired, and celebrated, and where families know they are truly supported. Along the way, I gained invaluable experience navigating licensing, building and leading a team, overcoming challenges, and celebrating milestones. These lessons not only shaped me as a leader but also equipped me to help others pursue their own dreams.

That passion led me to create The Childcare Launcher, a platform designed to guide aspiring childcare entrepreneurs as they turn their vision into reality. I know what it takes to start from scratch, push through obstacles, and grow into lasting success. I am dedicated to helping others walk that same path with confidence and clarity.

At the heart of everything I do is one guiding truth: my purpose is to help others succeed. Whether it is supporting a child’s first steps in learning or coaching an entrepreneur through their first business launch, I believe in planting seeds that grow into legacies.
